随着首都高端制造业转型升级与工匠精神的弘扬,职业院校急需通过创新人才培养模式,培养兼具高水平技术技能与良好职业素养的现代工匠人才。依托北京工业职业技术学院与企业共建的工程师学院,通过创新人才培养模式、构建工匠精神培养体系、强化双师建设、优化课程体系、构建合理的评价体系等途径,探讨职业院校现代工匠人才的培养路径,推动职业院校专业人才培养与产业需求精准对接,为职业教育改革提供参考。
Abstract:With the transformation and upgrading of high-end manufacturing in the capital and the promotion of the craftsman spirit, vocational colleges are in urgent need of cultivating modern craftsman talents with both high-level technical skills and good professional qualities through innovative talent cultivation models. Relying on the Engineer College jointly established by Beijing Polytechnic College and enterprises, this study explores the cultivation pathways for modern craftsman talents in vocational colleges through approaches such as innovating talent cultivation models, constructing a craftsman spirit cultivation system, strengthening the construction of dual-qualified faculty, optimizing curriculum systems, building a reasonable evaluation system, and so as to promote the precise alignment between professional talent cultivation in vocational colleges and industrial needs, and provide reference for vocational education reform.
