在产教融合大背景下，数字化安全实训基地的建设成为培养高技能网络安全人才的关键。针对网络安全行业的岗位需求，制定产教融合数字化安全实训基地的建设方案，探讨实训基地在师资培养、课程优化、技能服务、科技创新服务和校企合作等方面的实践策略，希望能为培养符合市场需求的网络安全专业人才提供有效途径，促进职业教育与产业需求的深度对接。
Abstract：In the context of the integration of industry and education, the construction of digital security training bases has become crucial for nurturing highly skilled cybersecurity talents. Tailored to the job requirements of the cybersecurity industry, a construction plan for industry-education integrated digital security training bases has been formulated. This plan delves into practical strategies for these bases concerning teacher training, curriculum optimization, skills development services, technology innovation services, and school-enterprise cooperation. It aims to provide an effective pathway for cultivating cybersecurity professionals who meet market demands and to promote a deeper alignment between vocational education and industrial needs.
