"1+X"证书制度是关于职业教育人才培养模式、评价模式的一种制度设计,契合当今高等职业教育发展的要求,在增强职业教育适应社会经济发展能力,培养智能化时代复合型人才,指导未来职业教育,推进高职教育制度与就业制度改革,以及高等职业教育教学管理模式的变革等方面具有重要意义。该模式可以提升高等职业院校学生的就业竞争能力和院校的人才供给能力,增强职业院校的市场吸引力,为推动我国职业教育的深入改革提供持续动力。

The "1 + X"certificate system is a system design for the talent training mode and evaluation mode of vocational education,which meets the requirements of the development of higher vocational education today. It is of great significance in enhancing vocational education's ability to adapt to social and economic development,cultivating compound talents in an intelligent era,guiding future vocational education,promoting the reform of higher vocational education system and employment system,and reforming the teaching management mode of higher vocational education. It will improve the employment competitiveness of students in higher vocational colleges and the talent supply capacity of colleges,enhance the market attraction of vocational colleges,and provide continuous impetus for the in-depth reform of vocational education in our country.
