心理资本视域下大学生就业工作:价值、框架与路径

摘要:

大学生就业心理辅导已经成为高校就业工作的重要内容。高校应从心理资本的视角,系统探讨大学生就业工作的价值意蕴、构建框架及实施路径。通过分析心理资本在大学生就业指导服务及大学生核心心理品质培养方面的价值,研究心理资本中“希望”“乐观”“自我效能感”“韧性”四个维度干预的理论和实践框架,并从认知、情感、行为、环境四个方面明确干预目标,探索高校就业管理、教学、思政三重属性功能融合的实施路径,形成大学生心理资本提升干预模型,为高校就业工作提供科学依据和实践指导。

Abstract:

Psychological counseling for college students' employment has become an important part of university employment work. From the perspective of psychological capital, universities should systematically explore the value, framework, and implementation path of college students' employment work. By analyzing the value of psychological capital in providing employment guidance services for college students and cultivating their core psychological qualities, this study explores the theoretical and practical framework for intervening in the four dimensions of “hope” “optimism” “self-efficacy” and “resilience” in psychological capital. The intervention goals are clarified from the perspectives of cognition, emotion, behavior, and environment, and the implementation path of integrating the three attributes of college employment management, teaching, and ideological and political education is explored. A model for enhancing college students? psychological capital is formed to provide scientific basis and practical guidance for college employment work.
