依托发展新质生产力需求，深入剖析了职业本科金融科技应用专业在人才培养定位、课程体系、教学资源及师资队伍等方面存在的现实困境，提出了完善人才培养方案、优化课程资源体系、强化“双师型”师资队伍建设等优化路径，为培养符合行业发展需要的、德才兼备的金融科技高端技能人才，推动专业人才培养转型升级提供理论参考。

Based on the demand for developing new quality productive forces,this study deeply analyzes the practical dilemmas of the Financial Technology Application major in vocational undergraduate education in terms of talent training orientation,curriculum system,teaching resources and teaching staff. It puts forward optimization paths including improving talent training programs,optimizing the curriculum resource system,and strengthening the construction of “dual-qualified” teachers. The research aims to cultivate high-end skilled FinTech talents with both political integrity and professional ability that meet industrial development needs, and provide a theoretical reference for promoting the transformation and upgrading of professional talent training.
