为解决传统学生管理服务模式存在的局限性并提升管理效能,探索了职业院校学生管理服务模式创新与数字化转型的有效路径。通过问卷调查,分析了当前学生管理服务存在的现实困境,在此基础上构建了以数据、技术、人才、服务为核心的“四维驱动”理论模型,设计了数字化转型的分阶段实施路径,并于北京信息职业技术学院开展了试点应用。结果表明,该模型与路径显著提升了业务办理效率与学生满意度。
Abstract:To address the limitations of traditional student management and service models and enhance management efficiency, this study explores effective paths for the innovation and digital transformation of student management and service models in vocational colleges. Through questionnaire surveys, it analyzes the practical dilemmas existing in current student management and services. On this basis, a “Four-dimensional Drive” theoretical model centered on data, technology, talent, and service is constructed, and a phased implementation path for digital transformation is designed. A pilot application was carried out at Beijing Information Technology College. The results show that this model and path have significantly improved the efficiency of business handling and student satisfaction.
